I love to get the most bang for my buck. Ask anyone who knows me and they’ll tell you I never settle. Whether it’s getting the most I can for my money, or the most I can for my calories (some days that means the most bulk for the least calories and it always means the most nutrition I can in ever meal) - I always aim for the most impact with the least output.
So my goal with this blog is to pass on my tips and finds for saving money and calories one day at a time.
