I love to get the most bang for my buck. Ask anyone who knows me and they’ll tell you I never settle. Whether it’s getting the most I can for my money, or the most I can for my calories (some days that means the most bulk for the least calories and it always means the most nutrition I can in ever meal) - I always aim for the most impact with the least output.
So my goal with this blog is to pass on my tips and finds for saving money and calories one day at a time.

Starting the Day off Right :)
My fresh selection of fruits and vegetables I juiced today. Trying to start the day off right. :)
I guess it depends on if you like lettuce and spinach to begin with. You can actually barely taste the spinach, but I LOVE vegetables so someone who wasnt a huge veggie fan might disagree with me.
I would definitely say though that adding the lettuce and or spinach with fruit is way better because the fruit is naturally sweet. For example I love apples for sweetness and then some orange or pineapple adds sweetness but also tang which can detract from the rest.
Doesn't it taste funky when you have lettuce and spinach blended in with fruit? I might want to try this. If it doesn't taste bad.
